About the Parish Council
Holcombe Burnell Parish Council serves the communities of Longdown and Holcombe Burnell in the Teignbridge district of Devon. As the first tier of local government, the parish council represents the interests of local residents and works to improve our community.

Looking after parish assets and community spaces. Ensuring our shared facilities remain in excellent condition for all to enjoy.
Planning Consultations
Commenting on planning applications that affect our area. Your local representatives review developments to ensure they serve community interests.
Community Projects
Supporting initiatives that benefit residents. From village events to infrastructure improvements, we help make good ideas happen.
Liaison with Authorities
Working with Teignbridge District Council and Devon County Council on behalf of residents. We ensure your voice reaches decision-makers.
